• Today I went through examples from the first few sections that were highlighted in the XML book.
• I looked over assignment 2 and began watching podcasts to be able to start working on the assignment.

• Watched the podcasts needed for assignment 2 and worked on the assignment.
• I need to set-up a URL right I believe to have this assignment validate so I am working on that.

• I tried to complete assignment 2 but I am having trouble getting it to validate and wasn't sure if I was doing it right. I wasn't sure how you knew you did it right for sure.
• Reviewed the set-up of a schema and looked back over the assignment.

• I worked out the schema and was able to just load it to my linux space and read it that way.
• Then I worked on a few sections of reading and following the examples.
• Continued following the sections and information about XSLT.
• I looked online at various tutorials to see what was available and interesting.

• I worked through more examples today and started looking over the beginning material.
• Followed through tutorials regarding the use of XML.
• Looked over the uses of transformations and why they are helpful for many types of documents.
